I bought this lego firetruck set for Joshua last month, and at first, the pieces seemed to small for his fingers to assemble. But he's gotten the hang of it now, and makes up his own lego vehicle designs--firetrucks, fire boats, fire helicopters.
The fire station near our house is super cool. The firefighters there love to show kids around. Joshua gets his private tour of the firetrucks. This time he even brought his "fire boots."

Here's the hook that pulls down the ceilings.
And now his favorite part--sliding down the real firefighter pole!
He put a bunch of rubber bands and scotch tape around his rain boots to make them look more like firefighter boots. Then he added a paper cut out in a circle, and an axe. A robot!
